YOU ARE INVITED!
You are invited to join us to gather as the WBNA community and walk in unison to the Flip the Switch Ceremony with Mayor Taveras to celebrate the completion of the Westminster Street Decorative Lighting project. As you know, this project began in 1999 when the WBNA received approval from the Rhode Island Department of TEA-21 Transportation’s Enhancement program for $785,000 for Westminster Street: Revitalizing, Repairing and Reconnecting “Main Street”. Since that time working with the city and state, the project grew to a $4.4 million project with many other funding sources. So many of you were involved in making it happen so please come to celebrate the project’s and our great community of neighbors, including YOU, who helped make it happen!
